We are seeking a strategic HRIS Manager to lead the development and optimization of our Human Resources Information Systems. This role requires a blend of technical experience and human resources acumen, to ensure our HR technology platforms are not only robust and reliable, but also enhance our employee's experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess existing procedures and help to prioritize the IT technologies required.
- Define system requirements and work with our internal IT department and external vendors to evaluate and select HRIS software and systems.
- Vet various providers and work with our procurement team to manage and negotiate projects.
- Provide constructive feedback and challenge automation processes.
- Serve as the custodian of HR data integrity, safeguarding the precision of the data entry procedures to ensure high-quality standards.
- Responsible for the framework and strategy of HR scorecards and analytics to support HR functions and present findings related to compensation, compliance, performance management, and workforce analytics.
- Develop and implement new processes and systems for streamlined HR data management.
- Optimize HRIS processes related to data tracking for talent acquisition, retention, benefits, compensation, learning and development, attendance tracking, performance management, and employee satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent desired.
- Minimum 10 years HRIS experience.
- 10+ years of experience as an HRIS Manager or similar role.
- A solid understanding of Project Management & Change Management.
- Proven experience deploying and configuring HRIS systems from scratch and migrating away from existing systems.
- Ability to partner with vendors and internally with stakeholders and develop strategies with management.
- Ability to think strategically but execute flawlessly.
- An understanding of HR processes and methodologies.
Skills:
- Strong project management skills to oversee HR technology implementations and upgrades.
- In-depth knowledge of HR processes and data, including payroll and performance management systems.
- Effective communication skills to liaise with IT and HR departments and to provide user support.
