We are seeking a strategic HRIS Manager to lead the development and optimization of our Human Resources Information Systems. This role requires a blend of technical experience and human resources acumen, to ensure our HR technology platforms are not only robust and reliable, but also enhance our employee's experience.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assess existing procedures and help to prioritize the IT technologies required.
2. Define system requirements and work with our internal IT department and external vendors to evaluate and select HRIS software and systems.
3. Vet various providers and work with our procurement team to manage and negotiate projects.
4. Provide constructive feedback and challenge automation processes.
5. Serve as the custodian of HR data integrity, safeguarding the precision of the data entry procedures to ensure high-quality standards.
6. Responsible for the framework and strategy of HR scorecards and analytics to support HR functions and present findings related to compensation, compliance, performance management, and workforce analytics.
7. Develop and implement new processes and systems for streamlined HR data management.
8. Optimize HRIS processes related to data tracking for talent acquisition, retention, benefits, compensation, learning and development, attendance tracking, performance management, and employee satisfaction.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent desired.
2. Minimum 10 years HRIS experience.
3. 10+ years of experience as an HRIS Manager or similar role.
4. A solid understanding of Project Management & Change Management.
5. Proven experience deploying and configuring HRIS systems from scratch and migrating away from existing systems.
6. Ability to partner with vendors and internally with stakeholders and develop strategies with management.
7. Ability to think strategically but execute flawlessly.
8. An understanding of HR processes and methodologies.

Skills:

1. Strong project management skills to oversee HR technology implementations and upgrades.
2. In-depth knowledge of HR processes and data, including payroll and performance management systems.
3. Effective communication skills to liaise with IT and HR departments and to provide user support.
