Financial Planning and Analysis Professional

As a leading player in the car rental industry, we are seeking a skilled Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) professional to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the development of comprehensive financial models, including monthly trends and forecast projections.
  • Prepare insightful management reports and presentations on key financial performance indicators (KPIs), providing valuable analysis for departmental decision-making.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance the quality of financial results.
  • Collaborate with finance, controllership, and other business partners to collect and consolidate operational metrics, driving informed business decisions.
  • Build and maintain complex financial models, supporting strategic initiatives and financing efforts.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, planning, and management, to drive business outcomes.
Requirements:
  • University degree in Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in English; Portuguese and Spanish language skills are a plus.
  • Proven experience in FP&A, Controllership, or an analytical role, with a strong track record of influencing cross-functional teams.
  • Advanced financial modeling skills, with the ability to build and present complex models.
  • Strong business acumen, with a willingness to understand and contribute to our business objectives.
  • Experience building financial models to forecast business results and create ad-hoc models to support multiple business needs.
