Our organization seeks a skilled Data Scientist & AI Engineer to join our team within the AI, Insights & Solutions group. This role involves developing data-driven strategies and innovative solutions that apply AI to business challenges.

About this Role:
- Design, implement, and deploy machine learning models in production environments
- Create CI/CD pipelines and monitoring tools for efficient delivery
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, real-world solutions
- Participate in agile experimentation and iterative development
- Share knowledge and coach others on best practices and tools
- Contribute to internal R&D and learning initiatives between projects
- Stay up-to-date with state-of-the-art AI research and its applications
Requirements:
- Must Have:
- At least 3 years of experience in data science or related field or an advanced degree
- Strong theoretical and practical experience in machine learning
- Proficiency in Python and good software engineering practices
- Experience with cloud platforms and containerization
- Familiarity with ML lifecycle, from experimentation to deployment
- Ability to expose ML models as services for integration
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Comfortable with feedback, collaboration, and autonomy
- Nice to Have:
- Experience with R&D or academic research
- Familiarity with multiple languages or tools
- Desire to publish technical content and mentor others
