We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendant to join our team at Hilton Porto Alegre. As a key member of our Housekeeping and Laundry team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Support all Housekeeping and Laundry team members in maintaining exceptional guest service standards
- Monitor and maintain the appearance, standards, and performance of all Housekeeping and Laundry Team Members
- Provide excellent guest service and ensure that guest preferences and requests are met in a timely manner
- Manage the controls of the Housekeeping department, including frequency of employees, release of master keys, and inventory management
- Coordinate and control all traffic of documents and people within the department
- Previous experience in Laundry or Housekeeping
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Excellent attention to detail and positive attitude
