Key Responsibilities:- Lead the customer service team in providing timely and effective support to customers
- Develop and implement customer service strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless customer service delivery
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement
- Provide coaching and training to customer service team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field
