Senior Android Developer

About the Role:

As a senior developer, you will be responsible for designing and developing high-quality Android apps to large user bases. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing and shipping Android applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain Android applications using Kotlin and Java.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to design and implement features.
  • Collaborate with engineers to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Contribute to the development of new features and technologies.
  • Maintain high-quality code and adhere to best practices.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience developing and shipping Android apps.
  • Advanced English language skills.
  • Strong proficiency in Kotlin and Java.
  • Experience with RxJava, HTTP networking, and Android database frameworks.
  • Proficiency in unit testing for Android.
  • Strong understanding of Android UI/UX best practices.
  • Exposure to iOS development (Swift or Objective-C).
  • Familiarity with web UI frameworks (Angular).
  • Ability to work in an Agile/Scrum environment.
