Employee Experience Manager

We are seeking a dynamic professional to play a key role in fostering a positive, inclusive workplace culture and ensuring an exceptional employee experience across the organization.
Job Overview:The ideal candidate will support full-cycle recruitment, maintain HR systems, and ensure compliance with labor laws and internal procedures. They will also collaborate on cultural development projects and assist with day-to-day employee relations.
Key Responsibilities:- Recruitment management from job postings to onboarding
- Maintenance of HR systems with data integrity and reporting accuracy
- Assistance in benefits administration, leave tracking, and policy implementation
- Support for diversity and inclusion initiatives
- Development and implementation of training programs for employees
- Evaluation of training effectiveness and adjustments as needed
- Compliance with labor laws and internal procedures
- Collaboration on cultural development projects
- Support for employee relations and response to questions and concerns
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
- Prior experience in Human Resources or related field preferred
- Exceptional communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Technical proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn new software quickly
This is a remote work opportunity based out of Nova Iguaçu, Brazil with occasional travel required to assist in events or work temporarily in another location.
