We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Marketing Lead for the LATAM region to join our team at Verifone. This role is crucial in driving marketing campaigns that support business growth, generating high-quality leads, and enhancing our brand presence across the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns tailored to the LATAM region, focusing on lead generation and customer acquisition.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing initiatives with business objectives and ensure a cohesive approach to market penetration.
  • Utilize various marketing channels, including digital, social media, email, and events, to maximize reach and impact.
  • Identify and implement innovative strategies to generate high-quality leads, leveraging market insights and data analysis.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting tactics as necessary to optimize lead generation and conversion rates.
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential customers through targeted marketing efforts.
  • Oversee internal and external communications, ensuring consistent and effective messaging across all platforms.
  • Manage relationships with media outlets, industry influencers, and other key stakeholders to enhance the company's reputation and visibility.
  • Create and distribute press releases, media kits, and other PR materials to promote company initiatives and achievements.
  • Develop compelling content for various marketing channels, including website, blog, social media, and newsletters.
  • Ensure all marketing materials are on-brand, high-quality, and aligned with the company's strategic goals.

As a Regional Marketing Lead, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure a unified approach to market initiatives. You will also lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
