Financial Integration Specialist Job Description

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced finance professional to lead the design, development, and maintenance of financial integrations. The ideal candidate will be hands-on with Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, and API frameworks, with proven experience in implementing and supporting financial integrations in large-scale environments.

This role involves designing, building, testing, and deploying financial integrations using Workday Studio and other tools. Collaborating with business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and recommend best practices is also essential.

The specialist will develop and maintain EIBs, Core Connectors, and Studio integrations for data exchange. Experience with APIs, OAuth 2.0, XML, XSLT, and JSON is required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, test, and deploy financial integrations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements.
  • Develop and maintain EIBs, Core Connectors, and Studio integrations.
  • Work with APIs, manage OAuth 2.0 client registrations.
  • Conduct testing, provide ongoing support and enhancements.
Required Skills & Qualifications

A combination of the following skills and qualifications is required:

  • 5-7 years of hands-on experience in Workday integration.
  • Proven expertise in Workday Financials integrations.
  • Strong proficiency in Workday Studio, EIB, and Core Connectors.
  • Experience with APIs, OAuth 2.0, XML, XSLT, and JSON.
  • Solid understanding of Workday reporting and problem-solving skills.
