Operations Support Specialist

The ideal candidate will provide operational support at various data collection facilities throughout Brazil. He/She must ensure that the operations comply with all requirements of the contract and satisfy all expectations of the supported US Post.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Operations Manager in day-to-day operations of the Off-site Facilitation Center (OFC).
- Supervise staff to ensure accurate and timely processing of biometric related data and documents.
- Implement visa application processes to ensure all applications are processed accurately and in a timely fashion.
- Provide accurate reports according to predetermined schedules.
- Manage labor, facility, and expense budgets under the direction of the CSRA Operations Manager.
- Represent the Operations Manager when he/she is on vacation or leave.
- Attend meetings with the Post and CSRA Task Order Manager to discuss service levels.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English and Portuguese.
- Self-motivated and independent working style.
- Experience in managing a team of people, labor, Information Technology, facilities, and subcontractors.
- Ability to pass security background investigations.
