The Head of Rider Culture will oversee the development and implementation of a rider culture strategy, fostering loyalty and promoting problem-solving from the source.

This role involves coordinating large-scale event projects, including planning, resource allocation, execution, and review. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and logical thinking ability, with a priority on project management experience.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Identifying pain points for riders and collaborating closely with the team to resolve them
  • Developing and implementing a comprehensive rider culture development strategy
  • Coordinating large-scale event projects, from conception to implementation and evaluation
  • Leading the team in building rider culture and experience initiatives

Requirements:
