• Demonstrated Experience: Proven track record of developing executive-friendly visualizations that inform strategic decision-making.
• Machine Learning or Automation: Familiarity with integrating machine learning or automation into visualization workflows, enhancing the impact of your work.
• Data Engineering Background: A solid understanding of data engineering principles, ensuring seamless integration of data sources.
• Integrations and Tools: Experience working with integrations such as PagerDuty, Datadog, or Jira, streamlining processes and improving efficiency.
• Solid Problem-Solving Skills: A proactive approach to identifying improvements and delivering solutions that drive results.
• Strong English Communication: Excellent communication skills, capable of delivering executive-level presentations that engage and persuade.
• Independent Work: Proven ability to work independently after initial onboarding and context-setting, demonstrating self-motivation and accountability.

You Will Be Accountable For:

• Advanced Dashboards: Design, develop, and optimize sophisticated Grafana dashboards tailored for executive audiences, driving informed decision-making.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into impactful visualizations, fostering a culture of transparency and open communication.
• Data Integration and Configuration: Integrate multiple data sources and configure alerts/monitoring to support operational and strategic objectives, ensuring seamless data flow.
• Executive Presentations: Present insights and dashboards directly to executive leadership, effectively communicating technical data to inform business decisions.
• Grafana Maintenance: Maintain and enhance Grafana configurations to ensure performance, scalability, and usability, guaranteeing a high-quality user experience.
• Future Workflows: Identify opportunities to integrate machine learning or automation into future visualization workflows, continuously improving the effectiveness of your work.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the DevOps team and collaborate intensively with a key data consolidation lead to define data visualization priorities and formats for executive stakeholders, promoting a cohesive and collaborative environment.
