Global Mobility Specialist

As a seasoned Global Mobility Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the trajectory of our organization's talent management initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process Optimization: Develop and implement efficient end-to-end mobility lifecycle processes to streamline operational execution and compliance.
  • Change Management Support: Collaborate with HRBPs, Tax, legal, and Payroll teams to operationalize mobility policy updates, roll out communication plans, and address employee resistance.
  • Digital Transformation: Leverage mobility platforms to automate processes, assignee interfaces, expense tracking, and document collection. Monitor assignment costs/compliance metrics to identify execution bottlenecks.
  • Employee Experience & Support: Resolve complex mobility inquiries independently for assignees and business travelers, manage immigration lawyers/relocation services, and maintain self-service tools.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
  • 5+ years in global mobility operations with hands-on lifecycle process execution
  • Fluent in English, Mandarin preferred
  • GMS (Global Mobility Specialist) or process automation credentials preferred
