About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Operations Director to join our team at TTEC. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, developing and implementing sales strategies, and leading a team of sales professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage client relationships and communications to ensure alignment on goals and needs
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop solutions
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to inform business decisions
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales leadership roles
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
  • Ability to manage a fast-paced, high-stress environment with minimal direction
  • Proven leadership skills in managing and developing large teams
