About the Role

We are seeking a talented software engineer to join our team as we embark on an exciting project in the healthcare industry. This role will involve collaborating with a distributed team to develop new technologies that solve real business problems.

The successful candidate will have good communication skills, be proactive, and have experience building software from scratch. They will also be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and have strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Help lead the design, development, and delivery of web and mobile applications.
  • Build responsive, accessible, and high-performance UX components.
  • Collaborate with product managers to design intuitive, reusable, and scalable user experiences.
  • Develop middle-tier services such as REST APIs and Lambda functions to support applications.
  • Own the complete delivery process including automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring/debugging of production systems.
Requirements:
  • 6+ years developing web-based applications and services in fullstack environments with a strong emphasis on frontend development.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript with expertise in modern frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
  • Backend development experience with Node.js (experience with C#, Java, or similar is a plus).
  • Hands-on cloud experience, preferably AWS, with a strong understanding of SaaS models.
  • Experience with API design and integration (REST; GraphQL a plus).
  • Strong communication and leadership skills with a track record of guiding technical direction.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced CI/CD environment.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
