Job Overview

This Senior Software Engineer role is a pivotal opportunity to spearhead software advancements in the healthcare sector.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support and enhance high-quality software modules within our product suite.
  • Analyze and resolve software-related issues from internal or external customers.
  • Document specifications, design, features, and operation of applications before production rollout.
  • Communicate technical and operational issues to engineering and business leadership.
  • Mentor other developers and contribute to the continuous improvement of the software development lifecycle.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience.
  • 8+ years of industry experience, including 2+ years of healthcare data experience.
  • Proficiency in working with large datasets and relational databases.
  • Experience with ETL processes and optimization of SQL/Oracle queries.
  • Advanced understanding of Object-Oriented Analysis and Design.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Familiarity with Java frameworks or .NET Framework.
  • Knowledge of one or more enterprise scheduling tools.
