Senior Financial Expert

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Finance Specialist. This is an exceptional opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, where no two days are ever the same.

• Act as the primary point of contact for deal management and revenue recognition, ensuring seamless coordination with sales, legal, and contracts teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement processes that drive business growth, improve efficiency, and reduce financial risk.
• Review and approve deals to safeguard financial results, maintain compliance, and ensure consistency with established policies.
• Provide expert guidance and support to the field sales team through the quote-to-order process, leveraging Concur Systems to optimize performance.
• Identify and address revenue recognition issues by reviewing contracts and related documents.
• Support Quarterly Business Reviews and quarterly/annual audits performed by internal and independent auditors.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest revenue recognition training content and programs.
• Drive automation initiatives and best-practice adoption across the organization.
• Lead tasks and projects independently, collaborating with stakeholders such as Pricing, Legal, CFO's office, CFR, DoA review, GRC/SOX Compliance, etc.
• Deliver sales enablement to regional sales teams, enhancing their capabilities and driving business outcomes.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or Business Administration, with a focus on accounting topics; financial designation preferred.
• Strong experience in revenue recognition, audit, financial controlling, commercial deal support, and other related areas.
• Ideal candidate will have expertise in IFRS 15, demonstrating a deep understanding of financial regulations.
• Excellent general business acumen, enabling effective contribution to addressing various business challenges within a complex and dynamic organization.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to discern alternatives and make objective recommendations.
• Proficiency in major CRM systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce, etc.) is a plus, but not required.
• Natural curiosity about process improvements, driving continuous learning and growth.
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment, remaining flexible and agile.
• Well-developed oral and written communication skills, enabling effective interaction with upper levels of management.
• Able to work effectively within a team environment and function independently, as needed.
