Leading Business Solutions Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our team. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in implementing optimal solutions for our clients.
The ideal candidate will have experience with Kronos and UKG Workforce Management, as well as strong interpersonal skills to interface with coworkers and customers. You will be responsible for driving requirement assessment workshops, designing solutions that meet customer needs, and managing user acceptance tests.
We are looking for someone who is highly adaptable and able to work independently in complex environments. You will need to be able to communicate effectively with senior management and ensure timely delivery of projects.
Key responsibilities include:
- Driving requirement assessment workshops with senior members of the customer organization
- Designing solutions that meet customer needs while limiting deviations from standard Kronos functionalities
- Preparing functional and technical solution design documents
- Working with offshore technical teams to build solutions and clarify queries
- Training core users of the customer
- Managing customer user acceptance tests
- Aligning with project managers to ensure timely billing
Required skills and qualifications include:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or a related field
- Experience with Kronos and UKG Workforce Management
- English Advanced (B2-C1)
- Experience in requirement gathering and solution design
- Prior experience in supporting functional testing, integration testing, and UAT preferred
- Demonstrated track record in delivering quality technology and business solutions to a diverse customer base
- Solid interpersonal skills to interface with coworkers and customers
- Ability to manage specific tasks to completion with minimal direction
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred skills and qualifications include:
- PMP Certification
- Intermediate Spanish proficiency (highly desirable)
