Job Opportunity: Mechanical Instructor

• Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement comprehensive training programs that cater to the company's operational needs.
• Conduct thorough assessments of the workforce's competency levels and create targeted training initiatives to bridge any gaps.
• Present engaging and informative training sessions that focus on Oil & Gas assets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver effective training programs.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making adjustments as needed to maximize student learning outcomes.
• Ensure all training materials are archived and readily available for future reference.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar role, with at least 5 years of experience in OJT or Classroom Training.
• Strong oil & gas upstream operational, technical, or supervisory background.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to students of varying levels.
• Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in multicultural and multi-company environments.
