Senior Installation Manager
- The Senior Installation Manager will lead and oversee the installation, commissioning, and warranty of turbomachinery equipment at customer sites.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute large-scale installation projects ensuring timely completion, adherence to quality standards, and effective customer satisfaction.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation in installation processes.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during installations addressing concerns and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Promote safety and quality protocols throughout installation activities.
- Ensure all installation activities comply with relevant health and safety regulations and industry standards.
- Implement safety training sessions and conduct regular assessments.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance installation efficiency and quality.
- Communicate project status and key milestones regularly to ensure transparency and alignment with organizational goals.
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or electrical engineering.
- A master's degree is preferred.
- Strong project management skills with experience managing large-scale installation projects.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
- Proficiency in English and Portuguese – Spanish is desired.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Flexibility to travel and work extended hours as needed.
