Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr Project Manager to lead our Implementations team throughout all stages of a project lifecycle. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

Key Responsibilities
  • Control Planning: Lead activities such as project planning, creation of work breakdown structures, and change management control.
  • Scope & Monitoring: Manage scope throughout all phases of the project life cycle, maintaining accurate program estimates, timelines, project plans, and status reports.
  • Leadership: Lead execution of multiple projects or manage an entire program.
  • Communication: Act as lead communicator to internal and external stakeholders regarding expectations, resolutions, and prioritization.
  • Continuous Improvement: Lessons learned from project retrospective and applies for future projects.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in project management.
  • 3+ years of proven experience in delivering full-cycle ERP implementation projects.
  • Experience in NetSuite ERP implementations.
  • Full English Professional Fluency.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
