About the Role

The Global Sales Director will be responsible for driving revenue growth for consumer advertisers on TikTok. This executive will develop and implement the go-to-market strategy, prioritize key sales narratives, and lead a team of sales leaders to achieve revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop the overall strategy to deliver on revenue targets and drive growth potential
  2. Prioritize sales narratives focused on customer needs
  3. Bring a consultative approach to align with a customer-first methodology
  4. Provide thought leadership and mentorship to the sales team on account planning
  5. Develop and maintain a strong understanding of critical market trends and customer opportunities

Requirements

  • Substantial experience in digital advertising, ad sales, and CPG verticals
  • Strong leadership skills to manage a team of people managers
  • Proficient in English and Portuguese
