About the Role
The Global Sales Director will be responsible for driving revenue growth for consumer advertisers on TikTok. This executive will develop and implement the go-to-market strategy, prioritize key sales narratives, and lead a team of sales leaders to achieve revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop the overall strategy to deliver on revenue targets and drive growth potential
- Prioritize sales narratives focused on customer needs
- Bring a consultative approach to align with a customer-first methodology
- Provide thought leadership and mentorship to the sales team on account planning
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of critical market trends and customer opportunities
Requirements
- Substantial experience in digital advertising, ad sales, and CPG verticals
- Strong leadership skills to manage a team of people managers
- Proficient in English and Portuguese
