Product Manager for Low Voltage Electrical Products

CHINT Global is a leading provider of smart energy solutions, and we're seeking a skilled Product Manager to oversee the development, launch, and lifecycle of our low voltage electrical products. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for creating and executing the product vision and strategy, ensuring our products meet market demands and company objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Product Development: Manage the product lifecycle from conception to launch and beyond, coordinating with development, design, engineering, and other departments.
  • Product Vision and Strategy: Define the product vision and strategy, including identifying market opportunities, defining requirements, and creating product roadmaps.
  • Market and Competitive Analysis: Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences, and monitor the competition to inform product decisions.
  • Project Management: Coordinate and oversee the progress of product-related projects, setting timelines, managing resources, and resolving issues.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for all product stakeholders, ensuring alignment and information sharing.
  • Launch and Promotion: Plan and execute product launch strategies, including marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze product performance after launch, tracking success metrics and making adjustments as needed.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or above.
  • Previous experience in product management, preferably in low voltage or electrical products.
  • Strong understanding of the low voltage electrical market, including trends, technologies, and competitors.
  • Proven experience in managing the complete product lifecycle from concept to launch.
  • Exceptional project management skills with the ability to coordinate and manage complex projects.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform market and competitive analysis and interpret product performance data.
  • Experience managing product budgets and resource allocation.
  • Availability for travel as needed.
  • Advanced English language skills.
Language Requirements:

Portuguese: Fluent or Native

English: Advanced or above
