We are seeking a Project Manager to lead the planning and delivery of technology projects, focusing on finance and ERP implementation.
- Develop and execute project plans to manage scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk.
- Track and report progress to ensure successful delivery involving multiple third parties and senior stakeholders.
- Manage all aspects of technology projects, including guidance and financial oversight.
For this position, we require:
- Proven competence in technology project delivery.
- Skilled in project management methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Professional knowledge and accreditation in project management disciplines.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
The ideal candidate should have:
- Effective communication skills to convey project progress and corrective actions.
- Negotiation skills with internal and external teams.
- Skills in identifying, resolving issues, and escalating when necessary.
- Reviewing project deliverables for quality and standards compliance.
- Identifying opportunities for re-use and process improvements in projects.
Candidates should hold a Bachelor's degree in Technology, Engineering, or related fields, and have mid-senior level experience in project management.
PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.
