**Job Opportunity:** Technical Lead for Fuel Injector and Rail Development Team

Overview of Job Responsibilities:
  • Market Vision: Possess a global understanding of industry trends, solutions, and suppliers;
  • Product Development: Plan, execute, and control product development stages according to project timelines ensuring deliverables meet required deadlines and quality standards;
  • Manufacturing and Validation: Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to manufacture and validate products;
  • Customer Requirements Analysis: Analyze customer requirements for new project opportunities;
  • Prototype Assembly and Calibration: Enable the assembly of alpha-level prototypes in demonstration vehicles supporting calibration teams;
  • Production Support: Provide technical support for production operations.
Key Responsibilities Include:
  • Developing a global market vision encompassing industry trends, solutions, and suppliers;
  • Planning, executing, and controlling product development stages;
  • Manufacturing and validating products with suppliers and internal teams;
  • Analyzing customer requirements for new project opportunities;
  • Enabling the assembly of alpha-level prototypes in demonstration vehicles;
  • Providing technical support for production operations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Completed degree in electrical, electronic, mechatronic, mechanical, or production engineering;
  • Advanced or fluent English language skills;
  • Experience in the automotive industry;
  • Knowledge of product development processes;
  • Experience in prototype assembly activities;
  • Knowledge of Otto cycle engines;
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills to achieve cost, quality, and deadline objectives;
  • Proficiency in Office suite software and CAD tools.
