Job Title: Commercial Growth Specialist

The primary objective of this role is to drive commercial initiatives and develop a comprehensive brand growth plan. Key responsibilities include:

  • Develop and execute an overall brand growth strategy, focusing on commercial success.
  • Collaborate with the Performance Media team to drive marketing efforts and achieve business objectives.
  • Provide exceptional customer service as the primary point of contact, ensuring seamless communication and resolution of issues.
  • Manage customer registration and facilitate T&C proposal and negotiation processes, promoting efficient interactions.
  • Monitor operation tracking, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions to optimize performance.
  • Host customer engagement innovation meetings to foster collaboration and drive business growth through strategic partnerships.
  • Support content management, ensuring consistency across all digital platforms and aligning with business goals.
  • Track and analyze listing, assortment, and launch performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize results and improve market positioning.
  • Conduct regular online store checks to guarantee optimal user experience and adherence to quality standards.
  • Manage sell-in and sell-out processes, ensuring efficient inventory management and minimizing stock discrepancies.
  • Negotiate digital trade plans, fostering strong relationships with distributors and marketplace platforms to promote mutual benefit.
  • Align strategies between 3P Distributors and main marketplace platforms, ensuring seamless execution and maximized returns.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (desired).
  • Advanced English language proficiency, enabling effective communication and documentation.
  • Experience in the commercial area, with a proven track record of success and achievements.
