Mission and Objectives">

As a finance analyst, you will be responsible for planning and executing the financial routine of the company, monitoring receipts and payments, analyzing cash flow, and creating projections to identify areas for improvement. You will also be responsible for managing client relationships, processing invoices, and handling vendor payments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process accounts payable and receivable and reconcile bank statements;
  • Monitor and analyze cost control, expenses, and spending;
  • Prepare cash flow and update it daily;
  • Include payment and receipt predictions in the cash flow;
  • Consolidate and manage financial information, process accounts payable, and advance payments;
  • Issue, collect, and verify tax invoices;
  • Verify tax generated by accounting (ICMS, PIS, COFINS, CSLL, IRPJ, ISS);
  • Track movement fiscal notes issued by companies and against companies;
  • Prepare fiscal movement for accounting and issue Callisto reports daily and place them in the daily movement folder;
  • Send documents to accountants and/or internal/external auditors;
  • Provide information to internal/external clients, deliver documents, and resolve issues;
  • Support other departments as needed;
  • Prepare control charts and financial reports;
  • Execute financial routines;
  • Develop and track budgets;
  • Use financial management tools;
  • Archive financial movements (payments, receipts, invoices, and bank statements);
  • Send financial and fiscal information to consulting accountants;
  • Provide managerial information through financial tools; Generate monthly and annual indicators for management;
  • Create financial movement of payments made according to current accounts and save in the daily movement folder on the internal drive;
  • Close currency exchange and issue sales invoice. Make collections from delinquent clients and track movements;
  • Reconcile bank accounts, verifying deposits, withdrawals, and credits, and cancel in the bank control system;
  • Verify processes sent for payment, checking all necessary documents for payment execution;
  • Check payments to be made;
  • Record payment in the bank and archive digital proof of payment daily;
Requirements">

The ideal candidate must have a degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, International Relations, Commerce, or related fields. He/she must have analytical skills, problem-solving skills, and good communication skills.
