About the Opportunity:
This pivotal position will drive strategic initiatives and special projects across a dynamic and rapidly growing zone. It will serve as a Centre of Excellence for People initiatives within the Supply Chain organization, spanning diverse clusters.
This high-impact role requires a blend of strategic thinking, operational execution, and influencing skills to achieve results in a matrixed organization.
Main Responsibilities:- Lead and manage special projects with cross-functional teams and plant HR teams across the zone.
- Ensure timely execution and delivery of key initiatives, aligning with business priorities.
In addition, the ideal candidate will be responsible for talent cycle execution, functional capabilities development design, procurement community engagement, analytical reporting & insights, and liaison roles.
