Senior Manager, Solution Consulting

This is a leadership role that requires the ability to guide and motivate a team of solution consultants. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing presales teams and developing team members according to individual professional goals.

The key responsibilities of this role include ensuring solution consultants demonstrate relevance to customers, delivering high-quality presentations and demonstrations, and executing proofs of concept successfully. The successful candidate will also be responsible for developing and maintaining a recruiting pipeline of potential candidates to meet future business demands.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a growing team of Presales Solutions Consultants.
  • Deep understanding of the SaaS Market space, the provision of PaaS based solutions and a broad understanding of Service Management practices.
