Job Overview

Logistics operations intelligence is a vital function that ensures the efficient movement of goods and materials from one location to another.

As a logistics operations intelligence coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting import and export processes, ensuring timely delivery of goods while maintaining customs compliance.

You will manage the import/export organization, working collaboratively with business partners to ensure effective management, timely solutions, and execution.

Operational management of third-party logistics vendors, customs brokers, freight forwarders, and other stakeholders is also crucial for this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate the distribution of finished products to meet customer demands.
  • Track product availability and ensure compliance with sales team's objectives, including order case fill rate (CFR) and on-cap availability (OCA).
  • Develop sales and distribution forecasts for distribution centers aligned with CS&L planning and share plans with logistics operations to build warehousing and transportation capacity.

Requirements

  • Experience in inventory distribution between locations or related fields, such as inventory balancing.
  • Supply chain experience, particularly in production process management and distribution processes.
  • Proficiency in planning cycle processes, mainly as a distribution planner (MRP, DRP).
  • Project management experience, including timetables and availability projection.
  • Expertise in customer order management, including key substitution, delivery appointments, and delivery specifications.
  • Knowledge of warehouse management, transportation, DSD branches, and distribution.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize tasks and drive results.
  • Effective communication and team building skills.
  • Analytical capacity and timely decision-making.
