Facility Management Insights Specialist

The position of Data Insights Analyst plays a crucial role in supporting clients by delivering actionable insights that help identify opportunities for their facility management program improvement.
This role will work closely with the client, analytics team, and may be required to collaborate with product and application engineering teams to assess client needs and deliver solutions.
- Function as an analytics consultant for the client(s), translating their business objectives into actionable analysis strategies within the scope of ServiceChannel's platform products.
- Partner with Customer Success Managers to promote ongoing use of analytics for facilities program improvement and support data governance enforcement.
- Conduct investigative analysis projects (benchmarking, data mining, etc) to identify areas of concern and/or importance to the client.
- Develop ad hoc reports and BI Dashboards as requested.
The ideal candidate must have strong experience in performing ad hoc analysis in Excel, BI report and dashboard development background, and the ability to independently scope, manage, and deliver multiple analytics projects simultaneously.
The successful candidate should also possess good data storytelling skills and the ability to translate complex concepts into a digestible delivery. Experience in analysis at a SaaS/Software company, within Facilities Management, and/or in a customer-facing role is desirable.
