Senior UX/UI Designer Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior UX/UI Designer to lead the design of multiple projects, focusing on usability, user preference, and adoption.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Oversight and Execution
    • Largely independently lead the UX/UI design of 2-3 projects at a time by optimizing for usability, preference, and ease of adoption.
    • Ensure designs and user interfaces communicate consistent, effective experiences and messages across all platforms/breakpoints while aligning with our core strategy.
  • User Research and Feedback
    • Advocate for and participate in user testing where appropriate, co-crafting the learning agenda with our research and product teams.
    • Maintain a growth mindset, leveraging soft skills to give and receive feedback graciously and translate critique into a productive direction for the team.
  • Collaboration and Stakeholder Management
    • Partner with product, engineering, and business partners to evaluate the right solution based on feasibility, impact, and requirements.
    • Foster open communication and collaboration among project teams and stakeholders through workshops and design sprints.
  • Technical Expertise
    • Demonstrate expertise in Visual (UI) and Interaction Design (UX), synthesizing custom elements from our existing design system with native mobile patterns to deliver an effective combination of consistency, familiarity, brand expression, and ease of use.
    • Possess experience designing responsive layouts, maintaining native mobile apps, and working with design systems in code and Figma.
  • Requirements and Qualifications:
    • 7 to 9 years of experience designing for web and mobile, with a strong portfolio showcasing your ability to create user-centered design solutions.
    • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in responsive design, native mobile apps, or enterprise UX/Process design (depending on the role).
  • Preferred Qualifications:
    • Able to balance independence with collaboration, using clear and compelling communication to drive results.
    • A willingness to challenge assumptions and push boundaries to improve the customer experience.
