**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager - Cost Control and Planning to join our team in Exploration & Production Norway. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing cost control, maintaining schedules, and managing risks for modification projects.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Prepare modification work programs and budgets for partners.
  • Plan modification and maintenance campaign windows, providing inputs to Operational Projects Manager and Activity Steering Group Forum.
  • Plan project activities from short to long term and integrate project plans with master plans.
  • Set up baseline and follow up on progress, KPIs.
  • Accrue and reclassify costs.
  • Manage contractors' plans, baselines, and progress.
  • Provide inputs to external and internal reporting/audits.
  • Coordinate logistics of materials to/from offshore.
  • Support control of non-conformities towards suppliers.

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or Economics.
  • 5 to 7 years of experience with a minimum of 2 years of experience with project control, controlling, or planning activities.
  • Fluent in English and Portuguese.
  • Solid knowledge of finance and planning principles.
  • Knowledge in SAFRAN, Primavera, or MS Project.
  • Risk management experience.
  • Experience from the oil and gas industry, construction, or international companies.
  • SAP and Power BI knowledge desirable.
  • Excellent communication and relationship skills in a multicultural environment.
  • Ability to handle responsibility and high workloads.
  • Strong analytical ability required.
