At BTS, you will have the opportunity to work on complex projects that drive business results for clients across industries. Your role will involve leading the design and delivery of multi-workstream projects that align with our clients' strategic priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Structure and solve complex organizational and execution challenges for clients.
  • Lead project teams to deliver high-impact results.
  • Develop and implement customized workshops, learning journeys, and leadership development experiences that create lasting behavior change and business results.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or MBA.
  • 5–7 years of experience in a consulting or corporate environment.
  • Proven experience in leading projects and partnering with various business stakeholders.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to connect business and operating model insights to client work.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Mature, humble, professional, and a hands-on team player.
  • Native Portuguese and fluent in English.
  • Spanish is a plus.
