Site Director

We are seeking a seasoned leader to spearhead our site's operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, ensuring seamless execution, and fostering a culture of excellence.

The Site Manager is accountable for overseeing all aspects of site operations, including budget management, people development, and process improvement initiatives. This role involves managing and leading a team of Operations and Area Managers, coaching them to achieve performance objectives, and promoting positive employee relations. Additionally, the Site Manager must ensure effective stakeholder management across various teams.

• Develop and implement quality initiatives, process improvements, and Lean strategies to drive business success.
• Oversee safety, quality, performance, and customer experience in Inbound, Processing, or Outbound operations.
• Define and communicate requirements and expectations for Operations and Area Managers, measure their performance, provide feedback, and hold them accountable.
• Leverage Operations and Area Managers by sourcing and developing ideas and integrating them into improvement plans.
• Ensure best practices are shared across departments, shifts, and throughout the network.
• Collaborate with support teams (HR, Finance, Facilities, Safety, IT, and Senior Operations Managers) to secure necessary resources and support cross-functional initiatives.

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, operations, supply chain, transportation logistics.
