Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled senior headhunter to fill open positions for Software Engineers with our clients in Sweden.

This role involves identifying and engaging software engineering candidates for relocation to Sweden, building trust with suitable candidates, and coordinating relocation with a global team of recruiters and management.

Our clients operate within various industries including software development, R&D, cyber security, automotive, embedded systems, telecommunications, online solutions, and application development.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of professional experience in IT recruitment or related technical experience, a solid network of local IT engineering talent, and strong brand awareness.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Identify and engage software engineering candidates for relocation to Sweden.
  • Build trust with candidates about relocation and living in Sweden.
  • Coordinate relocation (visa, work permits, housing, travel) with global and Swedish teams.
  • Presentation of the benefits of living and working in Sweden to potential hires.
  • Collaboration with colleagues across multiple countries to plan and execute recruitment efforts.
  • Maintenance of a proactive, service-oriented approach to meet recruitment needs.

Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of professional experience in IT recruitment or related technical experience.
  • Solid network of local IT engineering talent.
  • Service-oriented with flexibility to find the best solution for each challenge.
  • High quality standards and strong brand awareness.
  • Understanding or interest in headhunting and IT outstaffing/outsourcing models.
  • Upper-intermediate English.
  • Knowledge of contemporary IT technologies and the ability to learn new ones.
  • Analytical, organized, detail-oriented with the ability to identify and close recruitment requests.
  • Self-confident, sociable, motivated, and resilient with a constructive attitude toward setbacks.
  • Passionate about success, with an executive yet approachable demeanor.
  • Responsive, responsible, and professional appearance.

Employment Terms:

  • Full-time role, long-term contract as a Private Entrepreneur, minimum 12 months.
  • Eight hours per day, Monday to Friday, overtime compensation 1:1 in flex.
  • Location: Remote or from a co-location center of your choice.
  • Remuneration starting at 1200 USD, plus remittance fees and taxes, paid national holidays, and 20 paid vacation days.
  • Paid travels, housing, and per diem.
