Job Title: R&M Technician II

At Weatherford, we are seeking a highly skilled R&M Technician II to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the maintenance and repair of our equipment and tools to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and repair equipment and tools to ensure optimal performance and efficiency
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including inspections, cleaning, and lubrication
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues to identify root causes and implement corrective actions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and effective communication
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity
Requirements:
  • 2-4+ years of experience in the Oil and Gas industry
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of maintenance management software
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
