Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to fill the role of Customer Service Representative at Endless Cafe. As a key point of contact for our customers, you will be responsible for ensuring their inquiries and concerns are addressed in a professional and timely manner.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers with product selection and recommendations.
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and provide seamless service.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and inquiries.
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members.
- Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and promotions to ensure accurate and consistent information is provided to customers.
Qualifications
- C1 English speakers.
- Proven customer service experience.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle difficult situations with professionalism and empathy.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Must be flexible with rotational shifts.
- Must have a laptop, noise cancellation headset, and a reliable internet connection.
