We are seeking a skilled Export Logistics Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in international trade and logistics, with the ability to plan and execute complex transportation operations.

The role involves coordinating shipments, negotiating with suppliers and freight forwarders, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute the transportation of import and export orders for materials with high complexity destined for export in Brazil, aiming to reduce costs and delivery times to internal customers.
  • Plan imports and exports, defining the most suitable mode of transport for each case.
  • Analyze and plan strategies for process shipments in Special Regimes.
  • Contribute to solutions aimed at reducing delivery times and costs for external trade processes.
  • Control imports and exports from shipment to delivery to the final recipient, ensuring compliance with established deadlines.
  • Monitor storage charge due dates to avoid additional costs for import and export processes.
  • Coordinate records and process progress with Freight Forwarders.
  • Advise internal clients on best practices in external trade, following up with them.
  • Receive budget requests and prepare the necessary quotes.
  • Perform data entries in the system.

Requirements:

  • 5 years of experience in similar activities.

Skills:

  • Pack Office skills.
  • Fluent English (spoken and written).
  • Knowledge of Foreign Trade Legislation.
  • SISCOMEX.
  • International Freight Contracts.
  • Insurance.
