About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced backend developer who can take ownership of architecting and implementing software solutions from a given set of requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop scalable software solutions that meet client needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute technical work plans and meet business objectives.
  • Maintain existing backend services and ensure they are running efficiently.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in software engineering with a focus on architecture, implementation, and delivery.
  • At least 2 years of experience leading software development projects or teams.
  • Strong expertise in Java, Kotlin, and distributed messaging brokers.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment and manage time independently.
  • Upper-intermediate level English proficiency.
Bonus Requirements
  • Experience working with dependency injection frameworks, JavaScript, and WebSockets.
  • Familiarity with microservices architecture, distributed NoSQL databases, and caching systems.
  • Knowledge of setting up CI/CD pipelines and real-time data processing.
