Innovative Product Leader Wanted

The Product Leadership Role is a key position within our organization, responsible for driving the development and launch of innovative mobile applications. As a Product Manager, you will lead all aspects of product management from conceptualization to delivery.

• Develop a comprehensive product roadmap that aligns with the company's vision and goals.
• Analyze market trends, user needs, and competitive landscapes to inform product decisions.
• Define product requirements and specifications in collaboration with UX/UI designers and development teams.
• Oversee the entire product development lifecycle, including testing and quality assurance.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop go-to-market strategies and launch plans.
• Monitor product performance and user feedback, using data-driven insights to drive continuous improvement.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product delivery.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in healthcare or wellness-related fields.
• Experience with mobile app development, preferably with Flutter.
• Strong understanding of Web-3 technologies, AI, and machine learning.
• Demonstrated experience in product development and launch, with a track record of delivering successful digital products.
• Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage product development lifecycles.
• Familiarity with AGILE/Scrum methodology.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members at all levels.
• Genuine passion for health and wellness, with a desire to grow with the organization.

• Experience with wearable device integration and blockchain smart contracts.
• Familiarity with process automation tools.
