Position Title: Sourcer

Reporting To: Sourcer Manager

Compensation: R$2,500/month plus commission and bonus incentives

Commission Structure: R$1,000 for each successful placement

Work Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 9:00 AM - 8:00 PM (GMT-3)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Identification: Proactively source candidates for open roles utilizing platforms such as LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, and Bullhorn.
  • Campaign Management: Design and oversee hiring campaigns across various platforms.
  • Pipeline Development: Engage in cold calling to consistently create a strong pipeline of potential candidates.
  • Resume Enhancement: Format candidate resumes to meet company standards and guidelines.
  • Candidate Screening: Conduct preliminary assessments to evaluate qualifications for open roles.
  • Multi-Role Management: Handle 3-7 open positions concurrently across different markets.
  • Team Collaboration: Participate in weekly training sessions and team meetings.
  • Partnership with Recruiters: Collaborate closely with recruiters throughout the interview process to ensure a smooth candidate experience.

Qualifications:

  • Fluency in English: Advanced proficiency is essential.
  • Educational Requirement: An Associate's or Bachelor's degree is necessary.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year in a recruiting role is preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Outstanding English reading and writing abilities are required.
