RINA is seeking a highly skilled Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Senior Advisor to join its team in Rio de Janeiro or Macaé, Brazil within the RINA Consulting QOHSE Division.

Mission

The HSE Senior Advisor plays a critical role in supporting the HSE function within an organization, ensuring the application of corporate and company policies, developing and implementing security policies, guidelines, procedures, and protocols for the security of company assets, projects, and business travels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement occupational safety plans and ensure compliance with applicable standards.
  • Prepare technical documentation related to occupational safety and conduct specific area lectures and training.
  • Assist in monitoring and implementing health and safety programs and conduct inspections and assessments.
  • Implement programs to prevent workplace accidents, occupational diseases, and promote employee participation in evaluating results.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in the field.
  • Technical degree in Occupational Safety (with proven experience in industrial activities).
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Technical knowledge of the discipline.
  • Application of software applicable to the activity.

Desirable

  • Knowledge of Petrobras systems.
  • English Advanced is mandatory (will be tested); Spanish is a plus.

Additional Information

  • Workplace: Downtown - Rio de Janeiro or Downtown - Macaé.
  • Hybrid work (after the first two months on-site).
