Job Description

This position requires knowledge and experience in software engineering, with the ability to acquire higher-level knowledge and skills. You build knowledge of the company, processes, and customers. You solve a range of straightforward problems, analyzing possible solutions using standard procedures.

You will work with clients, product managers, analysts, architects, and engineers to plan, design, develop, test, and implement information technology solutions. This includes developing and reviewing requirements, creating design documents, writing programs, packaging, testing, configuring, and deploying software.

You will also collaborate with stakeholders, including security, quality assurance, training, project management, engineering, hosting, and procurement, to assist in other project aspects. As a results-oriented professional, you should be familiar with new and legacy technologies, as well as business processes, functions, and data within your domain.

We offer a salary of $70,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. You will have the opportunity to work on large-scale initiatives and develop your skills in a dynamic environment.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent in education and experience)
  • Related experience in software engineering
  • Expanded conceptual knowledge in software engineering and broadening capabilities
  • Business expertise: Understanding key business drivers and using this understanding to accomplish your work
  • Leadership: Providing informal guidance to new team members
  • Problem-solving: Solving problems in straightforward situations; analyzing possible solutions using technical experience and judgment and precedents
