Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative individual to support our online BSc and MSc programs as a Class Coordinator. The successful candidate will work closely with academic staff, faculty members, and students to ensure program quality.

The primary responsibilities of this role include providing administrative support to academic staff and faculty, managing course schedules, maintaining records and databases, acting as the primary contact for students, handling administrative requests, technical issues, and inquiries, monitoring student enrollment and progress, offering guidance as needed, facilitating communication between academic staff and students, ensuring prompt responses to queries, coordinating events, seminars, and workshops to support student learning and engagement, liaising with tutors to ensure timely assessment and feedback delivery, and maintaining records, reports, and program-related documentation.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proficiency in English (C1+), other languages are a plus.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years in a similar role, preferably in higher education.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, managing multiple tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with online learning management systems and educational technologies.
  • Demonstrated commitment to excellence in teaching and a passion for computer science education.
