Global Clinical Trials Supply Chain Manager

Supports the supply chain for moderate complex global clinical trials, ensuring project and study activities are in compliance with company and client requirements.

This role requires a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and the ability to develop study specific plans for each assigned project. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as strong interpersonal, planning, organizational, problem-solving, sense of urgency, and decision-making skills.

  • Develops study-specific plans for each assigned project.
  • Ensures fluent communication and interaction between internal departments to avoid obstacles during the course of the study.
  • Integrates all clinical supplies activities into the supply chain to support project logistics strategy and compliance with GxP requirements.
  • Participates in ongoing training on new regulations.

Required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic/vocational qualification, previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 2+ years), good English language proficiency, and strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite. Additionally, the candidate should possess basic understanding of clinical supply operations and demonstrated effective leadership and team-building skills.

The selected candidate will be responsible for coordinating efforts, providing recommendations and risks, and updating project reports/spreadsheets. This role also requires meeting with internal teams to integrate all clinical supplies activities into the supply chain, supporting project logistic strategy, and complying with GxP requirements.

A strong sense of urgency and decision-making skills are essential for this role. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a team environment, communicate fluently with internal departments, and provide solutions to prevent obstacles during the course of the study.

The Global Clinical Trials Supply Chain Manager will be accountable for ensuring project/study activities are in compliance with company and client requirements. This includes developing study-specific plans, integrating clinical supplies activities into the supply chain, and participating in ongoing training on new regulations.
