As a Retail Solutions Manager, you will lead account management activities across region 2, accountable for approximately 50% of national volume and reporting directly to the Country General Manager (CGM). The role carries responsibility for a pool of 8 million pallet movements.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading high-performing teams, developing and executing strategic plans, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategic plans for the Retail Account Management team, ensuring alignment with Brambles' broader business goals and delivering mutual value for both Brambles and its retail partners.
- Build and maintain strong, strategic partnerships with key retail accounts, leveraging deep market insights to deliver customized solutions that add value for both parties.
- Lead process improvement initiatives, ensuring the team embraces continuous learning, development, and innovation to stay competitive and deliver exceptional results.
- Strategic alignment & growth: develop the strategic and tactical roadmap of Brazil's retail strategy for region 2, focusing on excellent execution of programs and initiatives to drive retail transformation.
- Asset productivity: implement the asset productivity framework to meet Brambles' objectives and long-term ambitions, improving KPIs such as flow-through ratio, leakage rate, cycle time, and retail strategy compensation.
- Transformation: lead initiatives to drive the Retail Solutions transformation program in Brazil, enabled by digital capabilities like data analytics, technology, Ultra devices, and diagnostics.
- Business, Engineering, or Commercial degree; MBA preferred.
- Minimum 4 years in a commercial manager role with people leadership.
- Minimum 10 years in general business experience.
