Job Title: Data Analyst

Description:

We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Amplitude and SQL, as well as expertise in data visualization and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze customer behavior and performance data using Amplitude and SQL to uncover trends, opportunities, and risks.
  • Build, maintain, and optimize dashboards in Amplitude to track key business metrics.
  • Develop clear reports and presentations that translate complex data into actionable insights for decision-makers.
  • Monitor data accuracy and consistency, flag anomalies, and collaborate with teams to resolve issues.
  • Evaluate marketing and funnel performance, including acquisition cost efficiency and return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Identify patterns and correlations in customer behavior to support growth and retention strategies.
  • Provide ad-hoc analysis to answer specific business questions or validate hypotheses.
  • Support tracking setup and improvements to ensure data accuracy.
Requirements:Must-Haves:
  • Daily hands-on experience with Amplitude.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL.
  • Expertise in data visualization (Amplitude dashboards).
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to turn complex data into actionable insights.
Nice-to-Haves:
  • Basic Python scripting for data manipulation.
  • Experience detecting and troubleshooting inaccurate data.
  • Knowledge of tracking setup (e.g., Google Tag Manager).
  • Understanding of return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Experience with e-commerce/direct-to-consumer (DTC) data.
  • Familiarity with subscription metrics (lifetime value, churn).
