About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for skilled Engineers who are passionate about building sophisticated AI systems from scratch.

You will be responsible for designing and developing multi-agent systems that communicate and collaborate with minimal human intervention.

  • Create Intelligence: Design and develop complex AI models using Python and other technologies.
  • Orchestrate the Collective: Develop protocols for multi-agent systems to enable seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Elevate the Core: Identify areas for improvement in our AI systems and develop solutions to elevate their capabilities.
Requirements:
  • Engineering Excellence: Proven expertise in Python programming and ability to work with other languages.
  • Deployment Warrior: Experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD), infrastructure management and keeping complex AI systems running in production.
  • Problem Solver: Passion for solving complex problems and delivering results-driven solutions.
  • Framework Expert: Proficiency in RAG pipelines, LangChain/LangGraph and integration with major Large Language Model (LLM) providers.
  • Communicator: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to convey complex ideas simply.
  • Cultural Fit: Ability to work collaboratively with a dynamic team of engineers who share your passion for innovation.
