Departmental Expertise Manager

We are seeking a skilled and organized individual to join our team as a Personnel Department Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing benefits and relationships with companies, scheduling occupational medicine exams, providing assistance with personnel administration, closing the payroll, filling out labor guides, completing and updating the General Register of Employed and Unemployed, maintaining relationships with banks, and feeding the HR system with all the information needed to generate reports, graphs, and other documents.
Key Responsibilities:- Implementing benefits and relationships with companies
- Scheduling occupational medicine exams
- Providing assistance with personnel administration
- Closing the payroll
- Filling out labor guides
- Completing and updating the General Register of Employed and Unemployed
- Maintaining relationships with banks
- Feeding the HR system with all the information needed to generate reports, graphs, and other documents
- At least 2+ years of experience in the personnel department area
- Understanding of labor legislation
- Knowledge of e-Social, public inspection systems for ancillary obligations, and skills with mathematical calculations
- Advanced Office Suite experience
- An organized and responsible profile, strong communicative and interpersonal skills
- A great team player with strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
- Intermediary English
